Leasing Model: We lease properties from real estate developers and property owners, for a medium to long term leasing period.
Management Contract Model: We are fully engaged, by real estate developers and property owners as their proxy, in renovation advisory and in actual management and operations of the apartments, including, but no limited to, interiors, layouts, furnishings, purchasing, opening, sales and marketing, finance, property maintenance, tenants service, etc.
